- 100g soft butter
- 85g sugar
- 85g tahini
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150g flour
STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat soft butter with sugar in a bowl until it reaches a creamy consistency. Add flour and baking powder in another bowl and set aside.
STEP 2: Add tahini and vanilla extract to the sugar mix and stir. Add the flour and baking powder mixture gradually into the sugar mix. Start mixing with the spoon, once the dough is too firm use your hands.
STEP 2: Divide the dough into 15 equal parts and roll them into small balls. Add them to a tray lined with baking paper and press each ball down with with a fork.
STEP 3: Cook the biscuits for 8-10 minutes, but check them regularly after 5 minutes in order to make sure they don’t burn.
